Après le match, Ospreay s’est fait attaquer par TK O’Ryan et Vinny Marseglia malgré la tentative de sauvetage de Jonathan Gresham. Lethal semble prêt à se battre, mais Matt Taven est revenu avec le crâne rasé après son passage à la CMLL. Il attaque le champion avec une réplique du titre de la compagnie à la différence que le cuir est violet. Taven s’auto-proclame comme le vrai champion de la Ring of Honor.
